1. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Design and Consulting Services

1.1 Project Cancellation:

  • Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice to Swan.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:
    • Before project commencement: Full refund of advance payment.
    • After project initiation: Refunds will be calculated based on completed milestones and work delivered. Administrative fees may apply.

1.2 Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Consultation fees or costs incurred for custom designs and third-party tools/software are non-refundable.

1.3 Dispute Resolution:

Any disagreements regarding cancellations or refunds will be resolved through discussion. If unresolved, arbitration may be pursued as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Swan Shop (E-commerce Transactions)

2.1 Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting us via email or phone. A full refund will be provided for such cancellations.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

2.2 Return and Refund Policy:
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
The product is not listed under non-returnable items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made products).
Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2.3 Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence (photos/videos).
We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items:
Certain categories, such as gift cards, sale items, and customized products, may not be eligible for refunds.

2.5 Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

3. Payment Gateway Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment gateway used for the transaction.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing time (typically 5-7 business days).
  • Any transaction fees or taxes levied at the time of payment will not be refunded.

We are using Razorpay (razorpay.com) for our Swan shop. As per the refund policy of Razorpay (https://razorpay.com/docs/payment-gateway/refunds/), if the contributor opts to avail refund, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method used in making the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund will be pushed to the same credit card.

Processing Time: Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take 5-7 business days for the refunds to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card balance. The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode used while making the payment.

Refund Fees: For Normal refunds, Razorpay (our payment gateway) does not charge any processing fee. However, the transaction fee and GST levied by Razorpay at the time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.
