The Brief

As Reporting Project Manager, you'll own the delivery process end to end — making sure every report reaches the client on the committed timeline, with the quality it deserves. You'll understand how reporting, content and design come together, and hold that process together on the client's behalf.

The Deliverables

The Toolkit

This role does not require a design background, but it does require design literacy — the ability to recognise when a layout is off-brief, when copy needs another pass, and what it will take to bring a deliverable to final quality.

What matters most
A working understanding of basic design principles, paired with strong content and communication skills. You will review drafts, assess layouts, and write client-facing communication regularly — this combination is central to the role.

No – but you must be willing to learn deeply and quickly. Our consultants will give you access to their expertise; your job is to translate it, not to arrive already knowing it.

What we cannot teach is the editorial instinct: the ability to structure an argument, hold a reader’s attention, and know when a sentence is doing its job. If you have that, the subject matter will follow.

Candidates from print journalism, corporate communications, or long-form business writing tend to make the transition well.

We expect you to be in our Dakshineswar office for the majority of your working week – typically two to four days. This is not a remote role with occasional office visits. The in-person element is deliberate: briefings with consultants, collaborative reviews, and the kind of back-and-forth that produces better work than a Slack thread ever will.

Remote days are built in for focused writing and deep research, when solitude is the point. If you are within a 60-minute commute and value the discipline of a shared workspace, the arrangement will suit you well.
