Responsibilities of the selected applicants:
1. Receiving Enquiries and Customer Queries:
Respond to incoming enquiries through phone and other channels.
Answer potential customer queries promptly and accurately.
Note down customer queries and capture them in CRM for further action.
2. Proposal Management:
Send Proposal Request Forms (PRF) to customers and assist in filling them up.
Prepare and send proposals to customers through CRM.
3. Follow-up and Order Conversions:
Follow up on proposals with customers to facilitate order conversions.
Ensure timely closure of deals and orders.
4. Tender Submission:
Assist in tender documentation and submission processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) and Hindi
Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho), Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides; and Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Proven track record in sales or customer service roles in certification bodies, audit firms, safety solutions, ESG solutions, environmental solutions would be preferred
